ABOUT BELA


My name is Izabela, and I’m so happy you're here.
Over the past decade, yoga has become both my anchor and my compass; a practice that shifted from something I did into something I live. Through exploring movement, wellness, and mindful living, I discovered that yoga is where everything aligns: body, breath, intention, and awareness. It’s this experience of connection and presence that I feel called to share.
Trained in Goa and Rishikesh, India, my teaching style is gentle yet intentional - a considered blend of ancient tradition and contemporary understanding. My classes weave mindful movement, nervous system regulation, and the deeper philosophy of yoga, creating space for presence rather than perfection. My intention is to guide you toward steadiness; not only in asana, but in everyday life.
Whether we practise together in person or online, my hope is that you leave feeling restored, balanced, and deeply connected - to your body, your breath, and a quieter inner rhythm that often goes unheard.

Yoga Classes
My classes are an invitation to slow down, connect with your breath, and move with intention. Blending strength and softness, each practice is thoughtfully sequenced to support the physical, mental, and spiritual bodies. Whether you're new to yoga or deepening an existing practice, my aim is to guide you toward balance - in movement, in stillness, and within yourself.

Meditation Sessions
These sessions create space to pause, soften, and turn inward. Through guided stillness and awareness practices, meditation becomes a pathway to clarity, presence, and inner calm. It's an opportunity to reconnect with yourself beneath the noise - one breath at a time.

Sound Bath Therapy - Coming Soon
A sound bath is a deeply restorative experience where gentle frequencies and resonant tones support the nervous system in unwinding. As vibration travels through the body, tension eases, the mind softens, and a sense of harmony begins to settle. Each session offers a soothing journey into rest, spaciousness, and energetic balance.
